to my online store! Kristine Riis Designs provides its services to you subject
to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you
accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Shipping:
Orders
totaling $100 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING and will be
shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders under $100 will be
shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a flat $6.50 shipping & handling
fee. Overnight & Priority shipping is available at an extra
charge, so if you need your order quickly, please indicate such in the comments
section of your order. Someone will call
to confirm this. Additional
charges will apply.
Craftsmanship:
Each piece is handcrafted by the Artist using semi-precious and precious
gemstones and metals. Please remember that natural gemstones vary in size,
shape and color, and because of this, your piece may not look exactly like the
photograph on my website. I promise to do my best to make your piece most
closely resemble what you have ordered. If you are not happy with the piece you
receive, you may refer to my Returns policy on this page.
Ordering:
I am currently accepting payment through Visa or MasterCard, personal checks (subject to funds
verification), cashier's checks and money orders. If you prefer to pay by
check, please select “check” as your payment option upon checkout and mail your
personal or cashier’s check or money order to: Kristine Riis Designs, P.O. Box 292938, Nashville,
TN 37229-2938.
Don’t forget to include your name, address and telephone number. I will ship
your order upon receipt of confirmation of funds from my bank.
Your order will be shipped within one to two weeks of your order date or
receipt of your payment. If you need
your order to be shipped right away, please state so in the comments section of
your order and note if you need it shipped overnight, priority, etc. I will do
my best to accommodate you. There are several periods
throughout the year where I will be on the road for up to two weeks at a time.
I will let you know as soon as your order is placed if I will not be able to
get it shipped out within one week of your order date. Please be patient as I
will do my very best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Additional charges may apply for rush orders.
All
shipments within the state of Tennessee
will be subject to 9.25% sales tax.
Returns:
If an item needs to be repaired due to a defect in the materials or
craftsmanship, I will repair it free of charge for up to 90 days from the date
of purchase. Items damaged by the wearer or older than 90 days will be subject
to a per-piece repair fee of between $10 and $25 plus the cost of any
additional materials, as they may be needed. The customer is responsible for
the shipping costs incurred.
Due to the nature of e-commerce, you may, of course, return any item you do not
like upon receipt. If you purchase it and aren't satisfied, just return it in
its original condition for a full refund. It must be in its original packaging,
and it must be in its original condition. I’m sorry, but I cannot accept
exchanges on custom jewelry orders. The return must be made within 14 days and
the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I will refund your
shipping cost if the return is a result of my error.
Privacy Statement
My favorite part of selling my jewelry is the rapport I build with each of my
customers and I treasure that relationship and value your privacy. Therefore, I
promise to treat you with the utmost respect and confidentiality and I will
never give out any information about you (including your name, e-mail address,
or any other data you submit to me) to any individual or organization.

page of Kristine Riis Designs so long as the link does not portray Kristine
Riis Designs, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false,
